Welcome to ned48. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out all the rules and conditions that apply to your use of the online gaming platform operated by ned48. These Terms form a binding legal agreement, so please read every clause carefully before using the service.

Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of this agreement, and ned48 reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. Each user may open only one account — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Management

2.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ned48 username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ned48 support team immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

ned48 may initiate an identity verification process at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The platform reserves the right to close accounts that do not cooperate with the verification process.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or gifting your ned48 account, accumulated balance, or bonus points to any third party is strictly prohibited. If any such transaction is detected, both accounts will be closed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ned48 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are not possible through any method other than these four.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum amount per deposit is ৳300.
• Funds must be sent from the registered payment number only — deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.
• If a deposit is not credited to your account, contact the support team and keep proof of the transaction.
• ned48 is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum amount per withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes of the request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

3.4 Chargeback Policy

If a user fraudulently initiates a chargeback or disputed transaction, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. All transaction records are stored securely.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ned48 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit after registration must be ৳300 or more.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• ned48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• Wagering may not be counted if bets are not placed on eligible games; contact support for details.

4.4 VIP Program

ned48's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tier progression is based on playing volume and consistency:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

It is the user's responsibility to fully understand the rules of the relevant game or sport before placing a bet on ned48. ned48 is not liable for bets placed due to error or misunderstanding.

5.2 Bet Cancellation & Recalculation

If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined due to a technical fault, software issue, or data feed failure, ned48 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the original stake.

5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Market rules may vary by game and event. All sports betting activity is governed by ned48's general terms and conditions.

5.4 Gaming Software

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.2 Fraud Detection

• Under no circumstances will ned48's total liability exceed the total amount deposited in the relevant account.
